How much does shipping cost?
We currently accept orders from the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico.

  • Contiguous U.S. (48 states): $15 flat rate via UPS Ground.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $25 flat rate.
  • Canada: $20 flat rate for UPS expedited shipping, including a surcharge—no extra charges on delivery.
  • Mexico: $35 flat rate for UPS expedited shipping, including VAT and Duty—no extra charges on delivery.

Delivery Time: Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, followed by 7-10 business days for delivery. Shipping claims for lost or damaged items should be addressed with the carrier as all shipments are insured.


Why can I only buy one style per product?
Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, each customer is limited to purchasing one style per product.


When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, with delivery taking an additional 7-10 business days.


Can I get a refund or exchange if I change my mind?
We offer exchanges for store credit only. To initiate an exchange, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Return items in new condition with original tags within 7 days of receiving a return authorization. T-Shirts, hats, skateboards, bags, accessories, shoes, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship only to the U.S.A., Canada, and Mexico.


Why do my billing and shipping addresses need to match?
Matching addresses are required as a security measure to prevent credit card fraud.


Can I purchase items not listed in the web store?
Currently, only select items are available online. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated on new releases.


I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Why?
During high-traffic times, confirmation emails may be delayed. Check your junk/spam folder, and if you still haven’t received it after one hour, contact us with your order details to have it resent.


 What time do you update your online shop?
Our shop updates at 11 AM PST Los Angeles, CA time.


When are new items released?
Release dates vary. Join our mailing list to receive updates on new product drops.


Do you restock inventory?
We occasionally restock items. Check back frequently for updates.


Why was an item in my cart sold out?
Products are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. If an item sells out before you complete checkout, another customer likely purchased the last one.
